May Jam in Princess Anne

April 23, 2008

Our next jam with Dr. Danny, Dean-Dean the guitar machine, Schultzy, Gunny Mike and the rest of the gang will be held on May 3 at the Somerset County Animal Hospital.

I’ll be playing Somerset Banjo #0000 and maybe we’ll play another round of Whiskey in the Specimen Jar (it’s a long story).

Contact us for times and directions.

Tangier Banner!

I got the Tyler Mountain Banjo and the Super-Duper-Colossal from my better half last week. A wonky tuner and 3  broken strings later - I love it!!!!! I have learned quite a bit from your workshops, and it is a real treat to be able to have a banjo and finally play along(or at least try to). I really enjoy all your work, and look forward to the posts on your blog.

I wanted to show you and Dear Old Dad my appreciation, so I whipped up a little banner for the blog. I hope you guys get a kick out of it. Thanks again for everything, and I’ll be thinking about the daily frail until I get home from the office.

Thanks so much for all you do.  The time and resources you devote to teaching the banjo are GREATLY appreciated.  I’ve been a loyal follower of your website since December, and couldn’t have made the progress I have without your positivity and generosity.
